Responsible for the global and US-specific creative direction of seven outdoor heritage sports brands — Nordica Skis and Boots, Tecnica, Blizzard Skis, Tecnica Outdoor, Moonboots, Rollerblade and Bladerunner. Formulation of innovative strategies to increase sales, grow revenue, and foster loyalty. Responsible for brand image, successfully discerning visual appeal through diverse consumer profiles and market research analysis navigating unique end-user demands. Work directly with brand managers to develop marketing strategies, establish marketing budgets and creative direction for all seven brands. Established the Tecnica Group’s first in-house creative services department’s policies and practices. Working globally to revamp and establish unique brand style guides for each of the brands to differentiate and visually establish them in the marketplace.
