Staffed the project with permanent employees, contractors, and subcontractors.• Managed integration of software and electronics resulting in on time deliveries.• Developed cost, schedule, and scope estimates, negotiated contracts with the customer.• Utilized Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to plan, schedule, report cost/ schedule status, manage to critical path, resolve issues and risks. • Proactively led the evaluation, selection and purchase of the compiler, real-time operating system, and processor saving the project months of development time.• Delivered and supported software that was used by several hundred developers located in four states. • Proposed and was awarded several contracts in addition to the Crusader contract, increasing business.• Directly interfaced with the government customer and a government counterpart.
