Specialist in the fields of - Operational Risk Management (ORM);- Process design, implementation and management (AO-IC/BPM); - Quality Management Systems (ISO9001:2015);- Implementation and optimizing the usage of GRC solutions.I know how to design, implement and monitor the structures that are needed to improve performance and minimize damages resulting from process-, systems-, and people related failures or external events Operational Risk Management (ORM):- Development and maintenance of Operational Risk Frameworks/ Policies;- Development and support the implementation of the underlying processes e.g. Risk Control Self Assessment, testing of control effectiveness, logging and analysing of OpRisk Events, OpRisk Scenario Analysis;- KRI design and reporting; - Facilitate, support and train 2nd LoD Risk Officers; - Coordinate the realization of 1st LoD Risk and Control Frameworks; - Manage the In Control Process and prepare Management Information/ Reporting.Process design and implementation (ISO9001:2015):- Develop and implement the AOIC policy and modelling requirements;- Develop the roadmap for the design and implementation of process architectures; - Coordinate the recording of process architectures by in- and external process architects;- Facilitate compliance projects e.g MiFiD.Quality Management Systems:- Develop processes in line with ISO 9001 standards;- Implement processes for ISO 9001 certification.GRC:- Implement GRC tools e.g. Bwise and Cerrix;- Linking of business processes with (i) law and legislation (compliance frameworks (ii) risk and controls (Internal Control frameworks) and (iii) applications (process/ application architectures).My USP is that I can create and support the design and implementation of ORM and AOIC Frameworks/ Policies. This includes supporting the implementation of the underlying Business Processes. I am looking for a position in which I can execute these activities. This to improve adequacy of business processes and minimize the likelihood that events will happen that lead to losses and/ or reputational damages.
