    The FREE Public Computer Centers (PCCs) are part of the federal Broadband Technology Opportunities Program Grant. There is a PCC at each of Metropolitan Community College's (MCC) five campuses plus MCC-Penn Valley's Pioneer satellite location. As well as being the Director, I acted as both the Project and Program Manager for the implementation and deployment of the hardware and software for the centers. I continued in the aforementioned roles after the grand opening of the centers. Collaborated with MCC's Marketing Department in the marketing of the centers. Performed outreach to both internal MCC organizations and external community organizations and businesses. Participated in numerous career fairs and business/chamber expos. Found the curriculum for the Digital Literacy Training. The centers offer FREE basic digital literacy competency courses, plus FREE open computer lab time.     In April of 2006, I became Associate Director in Business Marketing supporting the Alliance/Indirect Sales Channel. At times, I provided the introductory technology training for the product and/or service we were launching. I represented our organization on various product governance forums and activation readiness teams. I participated in the Alliance/Indirect Sales Channel development of impacting technology and systems/tools.• Provided 2nd/3rd level support to team members and sales teams for product, process, and systems questions.• Promoted partnership between Alliance/Indirect Sales Channel and third party Solution Provider sales teams.• Led and worked with teams on sales and technical training development and implementation around AT&T’s product and services.• Chosen by AT&T leadership to be a member of the AT&T, Bell South and Cingular merger integration team.• Represented the Alliance/Indirect Sales Channel as Client Sponsor and Project Manager for an IT Initiative. This initiative involved five different projects around different IT Systems Integration. I was responsible for directing and controlling high quality SCS designs/solutions and coordinating with the other technical teams providing AT&T Data and IP products. My team was responsible for delivering high quality designs/solutions, drawings, bills of material, scopes/statements of work, and when won, working with the AT&T Sales Team and AT&T billing systems to complete the project. I coordinated, communicated, and met with AT&T Sales Teams and external AT&T customers during the sale, implementation, delivery and post sales. I also assisted in coordinating and participated in demonstrations, seminars, and training with AT&T approved vendors for internal AT&T employees and/or customers. I demonstrated time management/organizational skills by handling administrative responsibilities, reports, budget, special projects, and participating on committees. • My territory included Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Texas.• The team I managed consisted of six, first and second level, SCS Engineers. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, setting team and individual goals, scheduling so that our supported Sales Channels were always covered, team and individual technological knowledge growth, team budget, and performance appraisals.• My Team provided support to the Signature, GEM, Enterprise, and Global Sales Channels. • I coordinated, communicated and met with AT&T Marketing, Sales, Operations Organization's Directors and RVPs on an ongoing basis, as well as external Vendors (Graybar, Anixter, CSC, etc.) and external AT&T clients.• In January of 2006, my team was recognized for finishing 2005 at 200% of quota.
