Community Panels are at the heart of what we offer: our technology platforms combine innovative research tools with data and behavioural science to drive effective decision making by integrating research, data & tech with human understanding.We bring the voice of the customer to the heart of organisations. Our Community Panel platform facilitates a strong relationship with consumers - often, but not always, customers - to really understand what is going on in their lives. We do this by creating genuine engagement which allows us to use a wide variety of intelligent and innovative research techniques (qualitative and quantitative) as well as capturing the mood of the customer through activities such as video listening projects. In addition, integration of consumer data – typically CRM and social - plays an increasingly important role, offering both new perspectives and a granular understanding of consumer behaviour. Our Community expertise means we can deliver not just on-going assets for organisations, but a new means of undertaking ad-hoc assignments. Instead of relying on one-shot to capture important and often complex issues, we undertake longitudinal research from 4 weeks to three months. This allows us to have an iterative approach to understanding consumers, being flexible and creative as we gain knowledge and insight.
