• Providing advice and guidance, supporting undergraduate students secure internships, placements, and graduate work• Delivery of employability modules to Penryn Campus undergraduate students across multiple academic disciplines • Marking student work against assessment frameworks• Delivery of presentations and workshops supporting undergraduate students to develop employability skills• One-to-One advice appointments supporting students on topics including CVs, Cover Letters, Personal Statements, Interviews and Job Hunting • Supporting delivery of University of Exeter programmes including Green Consultants, Grand Challenges, The Exeter Award, The Exeter Leaders Award and Create Your Future

• Implementation, development and monitoring of Recruitment & Widening Participation strategy to meet requirements of university, stakeholders and OFS• Delivery of access programmes, presentations & visits with schools, colleges, parents, local government and partner organisations raising aspirations and progression to Higher Education • Increasing stakeholder engagement (schools, colleges and other external bodies) across the West Country• Growth of applications to the University of Exeter through increasing attendance at large scale direct recruitment events (Open Days, etc.)• Successfull delivery of institutional strategy through the coordination of Exeter Student Ambassador Scheme on the Penryn Campus • Line management of Widening Participation team members and Student Ambassadors • Ensuring budget targets met through financial planning and forecasting • Continued lean process management of systems and processes to ensure efficient working practices

• Managing Helpdesk, ensuring KPI measures met • Allocation & monitoring of work to mobile staff• Monthly report writing • Budget management • Office and staff management

• General administration duties in Estates and Planning department• Transcribing trees and grounds survey reports• Typing letters to clients • Processing invoices
