Brought into the organization by the Tensator Group CEO on acquisition in 2006. Tasked with turning around stagnating sales revenue and leading the cultural change program. By 2008 double digit sales growth was achieved and the highest sales revenue in the company's 120 year history.

As a senior consultant worked to resolve issues concerning market structures, user segmentation, channel segmentation, channel strategy, new market entry and sales team recruitment and training. Clients ranged from blue chip organisations such as Hewlett Packard, Kodak, Heidleberg and Tarmac as well as small privately held organisations
