One of 5 founding members , Richard established the design department for TEC , and worked in coordination with the GM on documentation and workflow - within 3 months TEC won the prestigious PWC Hq 12,000 sq ft in Tornado Tower, Doha and went on to work extensively in this technically challenging building, Projects included Credit Suisse, Clifford Chance and the Canadian Consulate.
