Web channel self-service enablement for Synergy is a priority. This new channel allows Synergy to focus on delivering future benefits realisation targets through web self service.

Conducted benchmarkling analysis for digital channel reccomendations report - utilities in WA. Lead to the development of the digital strategy for Synergy and the subsequent synergy.net.au project implementation.

Assisted in development & deployment strategy for Documentum CMS Implementation across the mining group, nationally and internationally.

Defining and implementing CMS project initiative to capture customer loyalty and obtained funding for (AUD) $300k from Board; Called for Tenders and received approval from Board on selected tenderer with approval for (AUD)$4.2M expenditure; Developed and managed team of 30 staff and constructed project framework including risk management/problem solving.

Implemented innovative and systematic approach to the management of project scoping from client briefs to ensure accurate project estimating and consequently won significant new business; implemented new processes for managing and scheduling projects and achieved greater profitability

Deployed as Project Manager to deliver a content management system and brand review for AstraZeneca global web sites including a brand re-design and roll out; redesigned CancerLine UK web site including an overhaul of the information infrastructure and migration of content onto new content management system; Redesigned Manchester United website in 2002.

Accountable for providing Program & Project Management services across multi-million dollar projects in IT and telecommunications. Responsibilities included:- Program Management – managing multiple projects with British Telecom (BT) worth AUD$2.5M- Leadership – leading, supporting, mentoring and coaching 5 junior project managers to develop a proven record.
