Our path to innovation was sparked by the personal challenge of a family member's Parkinson's Disease diagnosis. Confronted with the harsh reality of escalating symptoms, we identified a significant gap in intuitive and effective digital support tools. Convinced that the potential for technological solutions was far from being fully realized, we set out to bridge this gap. Our initiative is deeply rooted in leveraging our firsthand experience to drive innovations beyond conventional approaches. This strategy imbues our work with deep personal insight and guides us in crafting impactful, empathetic solutions dedicated to improving wellness and quality of life for all.We blend the power of technology with the transformative nature of art and design to create unique and effective user experiences. In this journey, we infuse a spirit of play into our work and products, believing that joy and engagement are fundamental to discovery and innovation.We chose to form a Benefit Corporation instead of a typical company structure because we believe that technology should be used to improve the human condition and promote unity by fostering community, collaboration and positive productive interactions. Heirloom leather products.Fine artistry and traditional craftsmanship come together to create unique carryalls with equal parts refinement and practicality that can go wherever you need to go – from client meetings to travel adventures. Each item we create is a wearable work of art that performs a function. Part sculpture. Part valet.Our designs are based on the same construction techniques found in collectible vintage leather bags from the 1950’s that are still in use today. Just like these classic carryalls, each piece is meticulously constructed and hand-stitched using premium full grain leather, resulting in an exceptionally durable product. We believe these bags should absorb your experiences as they age gracefully alongside you, and eventually be passed on.Inspired by a past generation. Made for the next generation.

As Creative Director, was responsible for Brand Development, Brand Management, Design Team Management, as well as hands on Graphic Design and UI/UX Design. The application received an award for its User Interface Design from Travel Weekly in 2013.As Director of Product Development, was responsible for designing the core product of the company and leading a diverse team spread out across multiple timezones of graphic designers, web developers, support teams and marketing experts to create and support that product. Liaisoned with customer key players to customize product features to specific client needs. Learned the Activity Booking industry from top to bottom. Developed complex accounting backend distribution system to automate multi-tiered commission percentages funneled to multiple parties in a single transaction. Organized internal operations and streamlined monthly expenses. Played a critical role in acquiring and managing a multi-million dollar licensing deal with a Fortune 500 company. Was instrumental in extending that contract for an additional $1.5 million. ActivityRez spun off from its parent company Digital Mediums in 2011. Beginning with a small team of 5, that team grew to more than 30. The largest growth came in 2013 when ActivityRez was recognized as the #1 fastest growing company in Hawaii - Hawaii's Fastest 50, 2013. ActivityRez also ranked within Forbes' top 100 fastest growing companies in that same year.

thirtyninehotel was an award winning multimedia space in Honolulu's historic Chinatown district. Art gallery by day, bar & nightclub by night... awarded Honolulu Magazine's "Best of Honolulu", voted Honolulu Weekly's "Best of..." multiple times, Ilima Award winner. During its ten years, thirtyninehotel hosted well known musicians and DJ's from around the world. Most notably, DJ Garth, Marques Wyatt, Francois K, Anoushka Shankar, James Murphy (LCD Soundsystem), Bonobo and many others. Responsible for building the brand up from square one. From creating the logo and brand treatment to designing and maintaining the websites and weekly newsletters that helped give thirtyninehotel its distinct personality during its formative years. Designed the interior and exterior spaces (and built some of the furniture.)

Led a small team of Graphic Designers, Web Developers, and Marketing Managers in creating a wide variety of custom online business solutions. Initial focus was to organize and optimize development workflows, streamline monthly spending, and revamp the company brand. Worked with multiple technologies to provide critical Business Solutions for our clients. Managed all projects, handled client relations, some client acquisitions as well as some hands on graphic design and web development. Groomed an internal product that was ultimately spun off into its own company in 2011, ActivityRez.
