As a Special Advisor to the Executive Director of the ASEAN University Network (AUN), I contribute to the development and implementation of policies and programs that enhance the quality and relevance of higher education in the region. I also facilitate the collaboration and exchange of best practices among the AUN member universities and other stakeholders. With over 10 years of experience as a professor of Education at the University of San Carlos, I have a strong background in research and evaluation, science education, program assessment, and curriculum development.In addition, I serve as a Strategic Consultant for Human Capital Development and Management at the Brigada Group, a leading business group focused on quad-media ventures, health, distributions, hospitality, and safety among others. I help clients design and execute strategies that align their human capital with their business goals, using data-driven and evidence-based approaches. I am passionate about advancing the fields of education and human capital development, and I hold special qualifications as Fellow of Higher Education (Advanced HE, UK), a PhD in Education, a Master of Arts in Science Education, and a license as a Professional Teacher.
