* Develop and manage an access and control strategy and program for all facilities and offices across the enterprise.* Develop and devise physical security protective strategies across Trane Technologies.* Design physical security standards and best practices for global facilities.* Develop and manage the global physical security audit program to measure compliance to the security standards, guidelines and policies. * Design and maintain training programs on physical security, VMS and ACS systems.

Manage the global physical security program to include: physical security, access control, site risk assessments, incident response and management. Manage the activities of a diverse organization comprised of a professional staff, front line personnel and contract agencies throughout the GE Transportation business. Manage investment and expense budgets for all capital expense projects and services. Ensure compliance with all government regulations for FTZ and CTPAT certified facilities. Design and implement emergency response plans and maintain the Crisis Management Events. Serve as liaison to local, state and federal law enforcement and government regulators, conduct risk assessments and vulnerability studies. Conduct sensitive investigations in partnership with HR and other business units. Manage a travel security, executive protection and special event management.

Responsible for planning (in concert with the Sales team) and implementing strategies designed to increase brand awareness and product loyalty with various accounts. Responsible for achieving revenue goals and maintaining corporate and client customer service standards and expectations. Develop and enforce security policies that can enhance the safety of employees and clients, design emergency response procedures and ensure efficient utilization of personnel.

Act as the executive liaison with internal and external clients, operational managers, supervisors and front line employees. Responsible for overall safety, security, recruiting, hiring, supervision, training and mentoring of assigned location managers. Provided operational oversight for the contract security guard services. Oversight of the supply chain security of all commercial shipping of Samsung Devices within North America.

Managed security program, contract guard service, assisted with workplace violence incidents, executed logistics for corporate executives, engaged with local law enforcement, guided threat assessments, CTPAT, CFATS and risk mitigation. Implemented high-level training program for all global security in corporate audit and procurement process. Directed physical security operations for multiple facilities, supporting over 15,000 employees. Performed corporate security audits and assessments for TI facilities and security command centers worldwide. Initiated security procedures, protocol, and best practices for existing and new acquisition sites. Worked closely with all access control and CCTV functions, developing new strategies and facility development templates.Rolled out an incident management system worldwide via WebEx and classroom instruction, impacting over 700 employees contract and in house. Managed security operations personnel to include six direct report and over 200 contract employees. Modernized the tracking of security incidents and advanced real time reporting. Led a team that prepared a comprehensive CFATS Site Security Plan that was approved by the Department of Homeland Security.

Oversaw over 40 intensive supervision probationers. Encouraged and aided youth and family in reducing and resolving stressful situations. Worked closely with local law enforcement to ensure compliance with all court orders. Implemented several successful programs, resulting in significant reduction in recidivism.
