There have been many a long day where we all bring ideas to the table to create fantastic solutions.I currently lead a team of professionals in Product Development Operations. This team enables the Development organization to operate at optimal levels, with systems, software, information, data and support. In the Operations team we enable many of these things to happen and help provide the feedback to the teams across D2L that validate those solutions were effective. That means sourcing data from internal and external systems to provide data in a meaningful and useful way... remember the comment about cool technologies ... this is one... many people talk about big data .. we live it!!My role here has many facets, in some its to lead the change, in others its purely to remove the roadblocks for the teams speed along successful. My approach in doing so has been to use my knowledge and the culture of the organization to bring about change in way that is sustainable.
