Directed field and office support for property line, ALTA/ACSM, topographical surveys, and construction layout. Performed presentations to municipal boards in support of survey and engineering projects.Transformed a surveying department which had numerous losses resulting in lost revenue into a profitable one within 8 months.Transformed an existing, manual method of topographic surveying to a more modern and accepted method using data collectors, resulting in increased business opportunities and productivity. Established standard field system to increase field crew efficiency.

Directed all field and office support for up to 7 field crews and 2 CAD users through services ranging from topographic surveys to construction and GPS services. Our largest projects were Deer Island Sewer Treatment Rehabilitation Project where we provided 4 field crews daily. All activities, calculations, reports and as-builts were prepared by me.
