About Richard Resnick

With over 20 years of experience in the fields of digital health and genomics alongside endeavors in the music and energy industries, I am a passionate and visionary leader who strives to make a positive impact on the lives of the humans around me. Most recently I've taken up the helm at The Pacific Institute, a leadership transformation company that I will talk with you endlessly about. I've been a passionate client for decades and it is an honor to join them.Previously, the companies I have run have nearly always been venture or private equity funded. Most recently, I was the CEO and board member of Cureatr, a company that aimed to improve medication management and adherence for patients and providers. During my six-year tenure, I led the company's growth, strategy, and team from a <$3m revenue company to healthcare's leading medication management vendor with over $40m of booked annual revenue. Prior, I ran and led GQ Life Sciences to a successful exit to Vista Private Equity that generated a meaningful IRR to our VC and management shareholders.I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team from many previous roles as an entrepreneur, executive, and public speaker (TED). A persuasive seller/visionary who is quick to connect with others emotionally, I leverage my skills and knowledge to unify teams and purpose that help accelerate the development and commercialization of innovative solutions that can address the unmet needs of the populations that the companies that I run serve. I received my M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan Fellows program (management of technology) and have two degrees in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where I continue to serve as an advisor.I coach a half a dozen young executives in their burgeoning careers and am open to taking on a few others with the right fit. If you can't find me, I'm in Spain playing flamenco on a ukulele.
