My day is a very high interrupted day and my duties and accomplishments include the following:• Implement and/or maintain the following, Microsoft AD/DS, heavy Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Server 2008 through Server 2016, Microsoft SQL server, Windows 7 through 10, Exchange 2010/2016, Hyper-V Servers, Skype for Business.• Upgraded from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016 to Office 365.• Provide support for desktop, networking, and hardware issues for employees both locally and abroad.• Extensive use of Hyper-V failover cluster environment.• Implemented a complete upgrade to building wireless with Extreme Networks, with use of Extreme Netsight wireless management center and extreme wireless controller.• Maintain and setup policies for Fortigate, Fortimail, and FortiAnalyzer hardware.• Setup Firewall and private cloud in AWS• Setup helpdesk and network scanning with use of Spiceworks on prem solution.• Use of PowerShell for both AD and Exchange environments.• Manage and setup SharePoint Online and SharePoint on Prem.• Work with Dell switch stack, Dell Compellent storage, Dell PowerEdge blade servers.• Setup DR with Rapid Recovery both onsite and replication to cloud.• Heavy use of user profile redirects, network drive mapping, print server, and VPN server.• Setup WSUS server for workstations and servers.
