Svp/Chief Technology Officer (Cto)
In this role I am a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and responsible for leadership and management of a dynamic and talented Information Technology (IT) team. In this role, I work with the team to establish the vision for the IT team and work collaboratively with other SLT members to develop business plans, scope projects and create annual budgets. I am responsible for defining technology policies and processes in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.One of my primary responsibilities is to ensure the safe, secure and sound implementation of technology upgrades, new hardware/software installations, system integrations, and I am responsible for management of disaster recovery initiatives. I work with the team to create and manage the IT business plan to drive information security, and ensure up time and stability of systems, both hardware and software.I have been a member of the CUNA Technology Council for the past 18 years. I am a distinguished graduate from Barrington University with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and a graduate of the leadership programs for Vacaville and Santa Cruz County. I have finished all 3 years of the CUES CEO Institute program and have obtained the Certified Chief Executive (CCE) designation.I was named a 2020, 2021 and 2022 CIO Award Winner.
