The consulting projects I led resulted in successful expansion in market served , funding to stand up production, and successful acquisitions.Previously, Vice President Strategic Initiatives at Onto Innovation, I was recruited to manage the company’s newly formed integration office where I successfully led the team that completed the integration of the merger blending > 1300 personnel generating > $500 million in annual revenues between Rudolph Technology and Nanometrics creating Onto Innovation Inc, a top 15 semiconductor capital equipment company. Formerly, as the General Manager Rudolph Lithography Systems Group, I was hired to bring the group from the start-up phase, after the acquisition, into volume production for advanced packaging, flat panel display lithography systems, and drive overall corporate direction as part of the senior executive team. Because of the success, we were able to gain market share and improve margins. Earlier, as the Vice President of Business Development, Sales and Marketing for ASML where I was promoted to executive positions in North American and Europe, I led matrixed teams that generated incremental revenue of more than $500M for the optical and lithography business, during my tenure.I began my career as a microelectronics engineer where I developed semiconductor manufacturing lithographic processes for customers including INTEL, Micron, Samsung, and AMD. I learned the value of teamwork, delivering on-time - with quality first, how to work with customers to solve their urgent issues.Today I leverage that philosophy in leading teams, working with customers, and developing new products and solutions that grow businesses.
