The Migration Plan I prepared was adopted and migration began during Sept.2019 iii) Infrastructure & Security: keeping the InfraSec team members abreast the latest cyber-security threat landscape, while ensuring robust security policies, backup and DR processes are in place. iv) BI Analytics: introduced PowerBI as the tool of choice for our BI solution under the watch of our DBA resource. v) Project Management and Change Management: Initiated and actively managed a major program of work refresh including a workplace culture change. Managed the adoption of new technologies such as Microsoft Azure DevOps. a microservices architecture, and a CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous delivery) pipeline.
