I can add value by offering alternative strategies , or simply by being an effective sounding board for your ideas. My private clients include successful individuals and owner-managers of growing businesses while my corporate clients range from small local businesses to public companies and even a bank. I work with SME owners to prepare for retirement - both with conventional pension, investment and tax planning and, more unusually, with building and realising value in their business. My MBA included an extended research project looking at the issues around successful SME transfers. The launch of Chadwicks Enterprise and the specialist expertise this brings means we are unusually able to advise business owners on succession and can truly claim to offer intergenerational advice.My Masters in Wealth Management and a strong support team underpin our evidence-based approach to investment that makes our capital management proposition truly exceptional. Unusually, we focus on avoiding losses rather than chasing illusory gains – an approach that better reflects our clients’ preferences. I am interested in behavioural finance – the way our deeply embedded biases impact on our decisions, in particular their effect on our financial decisions.
