Our approach was to simplify the overall business systems landscape by deploying various O&G industry standard cloud solutions, whilst restructuring the operational and financial reporting structures to optimize cost visibility. The measurable direct savings resulted in a 1.2 year project payback, with many intangible benefits in terms of business process and financial transparency, better alignment of the various functions.My role was lead consultant and overall program management.
