•Development of the Wickes TV campaigns from brief to delivery, making sure all stakeholders are involved at the right time.•Development of the Wickes radio campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring delivery to time scales and to budget. •Delivery and management of the Wickes extranet.•Development and delivery of an integrated media strategy. •Ensure all media plans are delivered on time and to budget. •Manage the delivery of Wickes brand advertising campaign, ensuring delivery to agreed category, brand objectives, time scales and to budget. •Development of national and local advertising ensuring that it meets category and brand objectives. •Responsible for writing and delivering all advertising and media briefs to external creative and media agencies. Manage the agencies to obtain the best quotes for jobs.•Liasing closely with product marketing teams to ensure all information is supplied and signed off by key stakeholders on time, to budget and in line with the Wickes brand.•Manage and update the Wickes in-store radio programme of music, health & safety messages as well as affinity advertising. •Provide regular reports on competitor advertising activity (SOV, competitor activity, weekly schedules, positional reports, media audit results etc). •Managing the phasing of a media budget of £13M responsible for making sure there was no overspend and all agreed marketing was kept within the media budget. •Implement ad hoc projects as agreed with the Media Communications Manager.

•Project managing launches of new stores, working on outdoor, local press and door drops and then providing ongoing local support to the stores.•Managing good working relationships with all internal departments (buying, retail operations) and design, advertising, media agencies and stylists. •Project managing the co-ordination of home advertorials in conjunction with various magazines such as You Magazine and Easy Living.•Project managing below-the-line printed materials including account mailers, sale mailers and brochures.•Responsible for management of the Oracle Financials purchase ordering system. •Compilation and communication of Monthly store Marketing Pack to all House of Fraser stores. •Managing the co-ordination of all product and copy from internal buyers for all above and below the line projects with external agencies and publishing houses. These include projects such as the sale mailers which are distributed to half a million customers.•Responsible for maintaining guard book, filling, faxing, checking invoices and comp shopping for a general up to date representation of the retail market.
