• Managed budget of $9.0m (including third party spend), managing 3 regional deployment teams to cover 40+ lubricants manufacturing locations. Total number of staff 15 FTE, excluding third party staff.Significant.
• Responsible for development of cybersecurity framework with fit-for-purpose standards, policies and procedures for process control domain.
• Technical remediation included network architecture, security patch updates, antivirus, secure 3rd party (remote) access, system upgrades to resolve obsolesce issues.
• Engaged Senior Business and IT management to obtain endorsement for framework and operating model.
• Remediation approach and framework was used as an example for other lines of business in Shell to follow.

• Managed the delivery of all IT services to greenfield capital project in Russia: IT Infrastructure, MES and warehouse systems and SAP deployment. Significant Achievements
• Greatly improved business confidence in IT delivery by sharing knowledge from previous projects and providing reliable schedule and milestones information.
• Performed QA tasks to ensure that business processes sufficiently tested in SAP plus connected systems and that Russian legal and fiscal requirements were adequately covered.
