I manage 17 employees and 17 pieces of manufacturing equipment in a 24/7 operation where I have succeeded in growing and developing one of the most successful digital print centers within RRD and the print industry. My job duties are to manage 24/7 operations and insure that all jobs are delivered per SLA agreements with our customers. I’m responsible for safety, budgets, development, implementation, scheduling, and training for this department. I have implemented and on boarded many large projects for some of the largest fortune 100 companies. In addition I have developed and improved our quality and safety programs, Helped in improving work flow to make sure we exceed our customer’s expectations.• I have helped develop and grow the manufacturing operations, and as a result I have increased our production output by successfully implementing new print projects for our customers. • I’m a team oriented person and believe that input from my operators is very important to help grow and support our customers under my leadership and guidance. • We have on boarded several new projects where under my leadership we have been successful in more than doubling our digital print operations.

Ran different digital print equipment from Kodak, Xerox, and Cannon. Also worked in the finishing area and microfilm departments, and was a Department Coordinator in the microfilm department. • Was a part of a team that developed and implemented adding new equipment to support the print needs of the company?• Attended many training programs for Xerox and was a part of the Twin Cities Docutech Users Group.
