Programmatic areas of focus include:- global leadership development with focus multiple levels of leaders. Key methods include leadership simulations, assessment + coaching, peer accountability, guided reflection and facilitation centered on constructivist learning. - equity and inclusion programming focused on enhancing gender inclusion, understanding racism, everyday inclusion and much more.- teaming with business leaders to identify key performance needs and addressing their unique circumstances with comprehensive performance consulting solutions.- culture building through various programs targeting key audiences such as our multi-month culture onboarding program for new hires.- change management within initiatives and providing related skills development for our people.
