I made the move to join the Dubai office in order to expand the business and build on the already established client base, review current operations and set up the full Call Print brand in this region.In this role I am fully responsible for the business operations as well as developing the business by introducing our UK, US and European clients to our extended services in the region and expanding into new market sectors.My key Achievements to date include:• Within 18months, I successfully turned the business from making a loss into creating a sustainable and profitable business by:o Upgrading the machinery, in order to offer a wide range of specialist printing services to our clients including: bundle arbitration printing, Bids & Tenders, Brochures, Corporate Gifts, 3D Printing, Binding & Finishing, Offset (H.Vol), Exhibition stands and all forms of digital printing. o Reviewing and re-negotiating the supply chain contracts and reducing them to only include reliable suppliers which improved the quality of our delivery, increasing the number of retained contracts. o Developing and implementing a business growth strategy and successfully adding upwards of 15 new clients meaning that today 60% of new business is generated from referrals and over 70% of our annual revenue is from retained clients.• I have also expanded the business into the Event Management sector, to date gaining new clients and assisting them with a large variety of events. By being able to deliver a large format printing service, we can provide everything from branding, design, installation, fabrication and even concept design. Some events covered to date include: FBMA (horseracing), British Polo Day (Bi-annual) and Facebook branding events. • Sectors we now cover include: Architecture, Consultancies, Event Management, Construction, Engineering, Legal, PR, Hospitality, Retail, Government, Financial Services and Banking.

Reporting to the MD, I joined the business as a Sales Trainee and through incremental promotions, I became the Senior Business Development Manager. Today, as Regional Sales Director, my role focuses on growing the business nationally and developing international opportunities across Europe and the US.Over the years I have developed a loyal client base, cultivating longstanding relationships across a plethora of business sectors that range from blue-chip companies to small one-man bands. My Key Achievements included:• I have successfully developed the business and consistently generated revenue through: o Managing the Architecture & Construction sectors, specifically selling a document management system online portal as well as generating additional revenue by cross-selling and providing client training.o Progressing to managing National Accounts and successfully maintaining the existing client base through the GFC, (mainly within the Architecture and Construction sectors) with clients including HG Construction, MACE, Willmott and Countryside Properties.o Leading branch-rich sales including generating 30% of the overall sales revenue from retained clients and managing the team performance to consistently achieve the top sales team accolade (out of approximately 15 sales teams).
