Esports is an interest of mine, I play myself and enjoy the culture. Esports is a new market that has in recent years grown exponentially in all areas, however, in the betting industry the potential of the esports market was all in all untouched. Taking this into account the concept was introduced and embraced by management and the project was pursued.- Sole responsibility for the Esports vertical at ComeOn Group, including all brands.- Acting as a “guru” for all questions regarding esports. - Assisting our brands with recommendations for marketing campaigns, how to gain NDCs (new depositing customers), how to increase engagement from a new customer segment.

Role involved structuring the daily and weekly work across our 3 design teams. Focusing mainly on marketing graphics for campaigns and onsite material for all brands. Also acting as a point of communication for and between Design teams - Brand owners.

A side-project that was started due to curiosity and a recognised gap in the market. We started Milprofil and quickly gained a following from our target market. We worked rigorously on getting the brand launched and established. Later on we brought on a webdesigner as co-owner to the making us three people working with Sand&Bell alongside our day to day jobs. For a sustainable and cost effective business model we opted to designing and creating the majority of our products ourselves. We also managed our own marketing channels, e-commerce site, packing and shipping of products, customer support and retail contacts. With instagram being our only source of marketing means we worked hard on this social network and grew our following quickly to 17 000+ followers. While working closely to the founder and CEO of we recruited a team of sales and customer support agents. Educating, coaching, setting KPIs and ensuring these were reached were tasks included in my role.
