About Dr. Richard Santiago

I’m the Director of Global Finance Operations / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) while supporting global intelligence and security operations. I manage close to 50 individuals while providing Global Financial Management support to 17,500 soldiers, civilians, and contractors located at 180 locations in 45 countries. I'm also a Member of the Corporate Advisory Board (CAB) for the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) DC. My mission in life is to help other multicultural leaders achieve their highest levels of success. I have over 34 years of leadership experience. I’m also a bicultural leader as I was born in Puerto Rico, but also learned the US culture. I am also the Founder of the Bicultural Leadership Coach LLC.
