In addition, I have led multi-discipline design teams on major infrastructure and maritime projects. As an Engineering Discipline Lead, I managed, mentored, coached and supported the electrical and mechanical engineers across Australia. In 2022, I was honoured to receive the Defence Industry Pathways Program host mentor award which acknowledged my support and leadership as a role model to graduates entering the defence industry. In 2023, I began my MBA journey with the award for outstanding performance in achieving the highest overall grade for Leadership.
