Rich Schoenstein is a partner and Vice Chair of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP’s Litigation Practice.For more than 30 years, Rich has been litigating civil disputes and taking them to trial when necessary. Rich has tried cases in state and federal courts, in New York and across the country, with or without juries, as well as arbitrations in numerous forums. Rich counsels clients on business strategy, corporate governance, transactions, staffing and employment practices, dispute avoidance, and dispute resolution. He also handles internal investigations of sensitive matters requiring independent legal counsel.Rich is a sought after legal analyst and appears regularly on the Law & Crime Network, Court TV, Sirius XM, and News Nation, sharing his unique insights on high-profile cases and the latest developments in the law.
