Creating a web portal that offers self-help tools, web links and an online community for those seeking to heal themselves and the world.

I have been working on commercial and personal musical projects and publications throughout the past 20 years. In the capacities of voice-over, vocals, musical composition, and storyboard I have worked with Sony, Time Warner, BMI, House of Blues, Disney (Nickleodeon Studios), SoundORama, Music By Kays. Current project is a composition for the soon-to-be-released DVD "Zzyzx"

Responsible for answering incoming and making outgoing phone calls, directing calls and visitors to appropriate case manager or employee. Assist company staff with clerical duties as needed. Scheduling appointments through software, accepting payments via cash or credit, validating insurance and co pays. Oversee front waiting area and ensuring clients are comfortable while waiting for appointments. Assist with food pantry management, organization, cleaning and appropriate disbursement of food allotments.

Oversaw daily operations in public city library computer department. Responsible for opening lab in morning and ensuring all equipment was operational, correcting system issues as needed or escalating required. Assisted Department Manager with all Intranet configuration and network duties. Assigned work stations to patrons and managed wait lists accordingly for over 30 computer stations. Assisted other municipality library patrons while those cities closed their libraries to update, which increased wait times. Responsible for printer operations, maintenance and fee collection/payment issues for library. Assisted patrons one-on-one or on the phone as needed for their access to systems, internet, and personal needs as allowed (job searches, resumes, letters, etc.). Resolved situations with agitated patrons.

Joined and became partner/shareholder in an Internet and software company designed to simplify and enhance on-line website creation. Responsibilities included project management, web design, and desktop graphics.
