It's always good to have someone in your corner right? While I pride myself on helping and mentoring others, I love to compete and have always been a top performer in any industry I've been a part of. Personal achievements are nice, but I'm more concerned about the overall mission, and morale of those around me, & I'm always focused on those I'm working with & that we're pushing towards being innovative and crafting a better tomorrow.I have big ideas, I'm a dreamer. I've partnered with others to help redirect important business processes that were customer pain points that resulted in major improvements in structures and revenue. I'm a big-picture person, & think things should be done in an honest, transparent, and forward-thinking way that benefits the whole. I'm a low-key, drama-free, low-maintenance, high-performance, consistent teammate. (Think Tim Duncan with the Mamba mentality.
