As the Commercial and Procurement System Manager at National Highways, I am passionate about optimising procurement processes to drive efficiency and innovation. Since the successful implementation of the Jaggaer sourcing portal in November 2022, I have become a subject matter expert, using my deep understanding of the system to enhance its functionality and user experience.In my role, I focus on developing tailored workflows that align with our central operating model, whilst providing support and guidance to our operational procurement teams. Ensuring that our procurement strategies are not only effective but also streamlined for maximum impact.
