My overall goal within the company, alongside my peers was to provide fun, colourful, and creative animated shorts designed to increase the collective knowledge of medicine, physiology and general health practices on a global scale.My role as Animation Supervisor involved overseeing the quality of production and workflow within the studio. I coordinated with the writer’s staff, sound engineers and voice talent in order to package our animation in its final form during post-production.I also provided general directorial feedback to our outsourced animators – both local and overseas studios - during production. At peak of production I was providing feedback of upwards of 40 animations a week, at various stages of development. During my time at Health& I helped produce and finalise the production of over 400 one-minute, medically accurate animations, detailing a wide variety of human illnesses and conditions, in order to better communicate health information to the masses.

My first full time job outside of university was working for Health&. We were given a significant level of freedom and responsibility early on in the project. I and the rest of the team were tasked with designing a singular mascot and a wide ranging cast of animated characters, who's roles were to display a wide variety of medical conditions. My role shifted toward a supervisory role as production began once it was decided that the animation would be produced outside the company.
