Michigan Avenue for CBRE Investment Management. • Winner of the 2022 International TOBY Award for Building of the Year, 500K-1M SF Category. • Winner of the 2021 BOMA/Chicago and North Central Regional TOBY Award for Building of the Year, 500K-1M SF Category. • Finalist for Property Management Professional of the Year, 2021 BOMA/Chicago Gold Circle Awards. • Achieved LEED Gold Certification, BOMA 360 Designation, WELL Health-Safety Rating, IREM Certified Sustainable Property Certification, and the Kingsley Excellence Award for Tenant Satisfaction. • Has overseen over $23M in capital projects, including a major lobby renovation, replacement of the chiller plant and creation of a full-service tenant amenity center, in addition to over $30M in tenant improvement projects. • Implemented the Above and Beyond tenant service program, based on the Ritz-Carlton model of service. • Implemented CBRE Host, a tenant employee-facing app. 150 N. Michigan was the first multi-tenant building in North America to roll out the app, setting the standard for other buildings in CBRE’s portfolio nationwide.

CBRE Global Investors, now CBRE Investment Management, purchased 150 N. Michigan Avenue in September, 2017.

Managed sales efforts for a full-service real estate sales, marketing and development company for a variety of development projects including market-rate and mixed-income single family homes, townhomes and condominiums. Achieved sales volume of over $31 million (88 units) through enhanced marketing efforts. Developed a special outreach campaign to target particular markets for affordable housing component of new development. Identified key stakeholders and coordinated communications in order to sell more than 60% of the team target number of units in 2005. Awarded ‘Rookie of the Year’ for 2005.
