I am a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) with over thirty years experience in the UK and Global Commercial Insurance Industry with Zurich and previously Eagle Star, and now with the LMA. I have also run my own consultancy and training business.In addition to a wide experience of developing relevant, effective training and people development programmes, I have a robust experience in leading and developing regional insurance branches and markets; broker relationships, sales, and customer relationship management.My Learning and Development work includes building and delivering programmes for apprentices, graduates, technicians and leaders - specifically within the UK and Global Insurance Industry, and also within the UK voluntary and Charity sector
