Branded “Tardis Academy”, I trained colleagues on git, python, and best practices of software development. Worked with users to develop use cases and deploy dozens of MVPs on the platform. Evangelist for adoption of Python to replace 2000+ Excel-based models and processes.• Cultivated active 300+ user community for collaboration and code reviews, showcasing Tardis as an example of the potential for “InnerSource” corporate software development strategy, with over 70 active code branches and 50+ “apps” running on the platform.• Developed an innovative, automated deployment process using BitBucket, jenkins, ansible, and docker.
