Worked closely with CFO in building a scalable finance organization to support rapid growth of the company from 33 people in the US to 450 globally, with six offices in Europe, including headquarters in London and Brussels. Progressed to increasingly higher levels of responsibility, with scope of role expanding as company transitioned from a development stage organization with $40M market cap to a multinational biopharmaceutical company with a $4.2B valuation. Provided leadership for up to seven direct US reports in areas of SEC reporting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and general accounting/purchasing. Along with COO, provided finance oversight for both US and European operations, with focus on strict pricing policies, sales and marketing initiatives, and revenue and income growth. Member of Boards of European Business Unit and of International Business Unit.
