CSM Training is a provider of workplace training with an extensive range of clients offer government funded and bespoke training. I was responsible for WBL data submissions under ETP and Train to Gain, implementing PICs student data system and assisting through a successful inspection.

My responsibilities included managing the out-sourced MIS service for 15 External Institutions. This involved reviewing the curriculum offer, undertaking checks against student data and funding prior to audit, staff training on the student record system, producing retention and achievement statistics. During this time I also undertook an interim role as MIS Manager at an FE College.
