I currently serve as the CEO of EDGE Mentoring--a mentoring organization that is sharpening the influence and impact of emerging leaders personally, professionally and spiritually through meaningful mentoring relationships.Most recently I served on the Executive Team for Cheetah Digital, serving in the role of Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for executing the 2017 divestiture from Experian. In under two years, I managed the transformation of our business, including a complete replacement of our executive leadership and large percentage of the workforce, as well as re-balanced our real estate portfolio across the world (offices in roughly 15 countries). Previously, I served as Co-Founder and Chief People Officer at Emplify (formerly Bluebridge Digital), focusing my energy on changing the way employers of all sizes and in all industries engage with their employees. It is at Emplify where I co-wrote the best-selling book, Agile Engagement.Prior to Emplify/Bluebridge Digital and starting Cadence Consulting, I was Executive Vice President of Administration for Salesforce.com (previously ExactTarget before Salesforce.com acquired ExactTarget in 2013). In the 6+ years I worked at ExactTarget, we grew the business dramatically from $50M to well over $450M. This included launching operations in Australia, EMEA, Japan, Brazil, and Canada and growing our employee base from 300 to over 3,000 employees. All of this growth in operations culminated in a successful IPO in 2012 and acquisition by Salesforce.com for $2.5B in 2013.I bring a unique approach to managing human resources, legal, real estate, and risk management (administrative functions). As an attorney, I fully understand and appreciate the technical nuances associated with these administrative functions. However, I do not take a legalistic approach when carrying out my leadership in these areas. Instead, everything I do is balanced with the strategic business objectives in-mind, along with a focus on employee impact.
