I currently serve as the Senior Director of Collaborations at the Bloomberg Center for Cities at Harvard University. In this role, I build partnerships — within Harvard and across the globe — that further our mission. Prior to this role, I served as chief of staff at the National League of Cities and chief of staff to Mayor Andy Berke in the city of Chattanooga. During my tenure at the City, I implemented priority projects on behalf of the Mayor including signature early childhood development initiatives, helping to build the City's innovation district, and leading the civilian response to the July 16th terrorist attacks. Having served in the Berke administration since 2013, I previously worked as Chief Policy Officer and Senior Advisor to the Mayor, reflecting my background in policy research and political operations. I love taking on and solving tough problems, building and working with high-quality teams, and learning new skills.
