Product Owner - previously worked on public facing website, currently working on checkout and configuration pipeline for customers.- Story writing: Worked with stakeholders across the company to gather requirements and distil themdown to stories and an agreed definition of MVP, along with plans for future iterations.- Rapid launch: Went from nothing to a full platform launched in React with a CMS backend for themarketing team to handle in 4 weeks with a team of 3 developers.- UX testing and design: Worked closely with designers to ensure we produced wireframes that couldbe rapidly tested with people who represented our target market. Continued with further UX testing after launch with various tools such as Google Analytics to best gauge priority areas for improvement.- Cross-functional team: Assembled a team of front and back end developers, testers, designers, salesand marketing to ensure every aspect of the new website and brand launch could be smoothlycoordinated across the business. Led to a fantastic launch at IIEX in June, and by August we haddoubled the traffic flowing to our site – this has continued to increase each month.- Replacing legacy: Working to replace old product configuration pipeline with newer system whilst not invalidating anything from our old pipeline. This has involved working closely with developers across teams to ensure we pick the right stories in the right order to get software out for users on which to give feedback.- Requirement gathering: Worked closely with end users, client support and product support to gatherexact requirements for new and existing software – replacing legacy software led to the discovery thatmuch of the requirements documentation was lost and needed to be recreated.
