I am a Senior Living and Hospitality Industry Professional with almost 20 years of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Management experience. I am a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. I also currently serve on the board of The Greensboro Masonic Temple. My passion for seniors came from being partially raised by my grandparents. My passion for helping them came from not having a lot of choices when they needed senior services. I am a strong and compassionate advocate for seniors and those who serve them. I wholeheartedly believe that our employees are our first customers. If we take care of them, they will take care of those we serve. I have been accused of working too much and too hard. I take that as a compliment. I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing veterans in the Senior Living Industry whom I consider mentors. I will always strive for the next level of success and I fully believe that in order to be the best, you just have to be the best!!
