Contracted to act in the capacity of the Managing Director at Praxa. Oversaw all operational aspects of the business, re-aligned the organisations strategy and employee capabilities. Implemented the appropriate controls and business processes to deliver accelerated revenue and profitability growth. Identified and implemented succession planning, including the recruitment of the new General Manager for the business. This project was completed ahead of schedule in March, 2014.

Virtugo Software was formed through a Management buyout of specific technology assets at Metilinx. The business specialized in the dynamic management and provisioning of virtual machines. The company was acquired in February, 2007.

Metilinx delivered software and services in the areas of infrastructure management and data replication. The company is privately held and based in San Mateo, CA.
