I have been fortunate in my career that I have encountered and overcome many challenges -- corporate profitability, imminent failure of key projects, stalled revenue growth, asset integrations/divestitures, hurricanes, and solid rocket booster explosions. I have successfully created value for my employer in all these situations, because my experience and education in management and engineering allow me to successfully engage these issues at multiple levels. Significant accomplishments include:✔ Turned around failing underground storage company, achieving profitability and record revenues within four months of arrival, and developing carbon dioxide sequestration business sufficiently to triple revenue within five years.✔ Brought midstream oil company transporting 70 million barrels of crude oil annually to carbon neutrality, making it the first or one of the first oil & gas companies to achieve that milestone.✔ Rescued critical midstream oil & gas project, enabling merger which doubled stock price, adding $1 billion+ to market cap✔ Assumed leadership of an engineering and construction management department of 200+ for a large midstream natural gas company, completing $1 billion in projects annually while leading the organization through an asset divestiture and hurricane recovery efforts✔ Created and led a combined Project Management Office for four companies in three cities, improving performance for 600 projects totaling over $8 billion✔ Early in my career, led an engineering team through the technical redesign of Centaur rocket engine control systems. Centaur was the upper stage engine for most of the United States' inter-planetary missions, including Voyager, Surveyor, and others.STRENGTHSTeam Development, Cost Savings, Executive Leadership, Strategy Development, Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, Change Management, Project Execution, Mergers & Acquisitions, Negotiations, Revenue Creation, Marketing, Process Improvement, Systems Integration, Construction Management, Technical Capability, Consulting, Creative SolutionsOTHER SPECIALTIESUnderground Storage, Pipelines, Carbon Dioxide, CO2, Hydrogen, Reservoir, Salt Cavern, Petroleum, Oil & Gas, Natural Gas, NGLs, Energy, Finance, Operations, PMP, PMO, MBA, MEEE, Primavera, Microsoft Project, Chief Executive Officer, CEO, President, Vice PresidentHeld SECRET CLEARANCE at United TechnologiesCurrently serving as a Consultant to the Gulf Coast Carbon Collaborative and as Co-Leader of the Underground Storage Group of the Great Lakes Carbon Collaborative.

President And CeoGeostock Sandia Llc Sep 2018 - Jul 2021Houston, Texas, UsNorth American division of Geostock, the Paris-based world leader in the development of underground storage for carbon dioxide, hydrogen, petroleum, natural gas, and chemicals. Geostock Sandia (GKS), had been unprofitable every year since its creation and was rapidly failing when I joined in late 2018.✔ Less than four months after I arrived, the company ended 2018 with record revenues and its first profitable year, largely due to increased employee retention. ✔ In 2019, we exceeded 2018’s record year by 20% due to cost reduction and risk management efforts.✔After maintaining profitability during 2020's COVID-19 shutdown, GKS is now on track to more than double current revenues in two years due to focused marketing of carbon dioxide and hydrogen storage capabilities. -
