Manage multiple technical service projects relating to all aspects of stimulation. Managed Research Projects –supervised and performed lab tests, met objectives, maintained budget and met key progress metrics. Provided Technical Service Support – solve job related problems, coordinated with other labs and directed associates and junior colleagues for testing and problem solving.• Collaborated with field personnel to commercialize new fracturing fluid products.• Coordinated with vendors/suppliers to bring new products into the product line.• Trained with well performance study program PETRA and IHS Enerdeq.• Worked with Legal Department negotiating leases, confidentiality agreements and patent applications.• Modified current products or replaced with more environmentally sustainable chemistry.• Reviewed, analyzed, and tested data gathered from various types of rheometers.

Supervise Flow Loop lab. Responsibilities include project coordination, analysis of data, report generation, and technical support for all existing and newly developed products relating to multiphase systems (foamed fluids) and friction pressure (fluid transport phenomena).Other supervisory responsibilities include insuring safety in lab area, ISO 9001 compliance, equipment automation, purchase and installation of new equipment and test scheduling.Coordinated development of Friction Pressure Manual using mass transportation equations. Calculations derived from experimental data.Redesigned and reconstructed lab including all equipment, plumbing, electrical and instrumentation. Added new DAQ systems and developed new control and automation programs for this equipment.Studied transportability of BJ Patented Proppants used in stimulation. Used Transport equations to calculate dynamic and static settling rates for solids as well as dynamic equilibrium bed heights.Completed Engineering Level I Acidizing, Cementing, Sand Control, Nitrogen and Level I &II Fracturing training classes.

Tested and evaluated rheological and transport characteristics of polymeric fluids and foams used for reservoir stimulation. Performed tests to develop empirical formulas for friction pressure and transport phenomena.Performed tests and analysis of nitrogen and/or carbon dioxide foamed fracturing fluids.
