With over 8 years of experience in strategic human resources, I was able to learn, grow and lead with my skills in volume and niche recruiting, strategic sourcing, campus recruitment, performance and talent management, and program and project management. On top of these, I also had the opportunity to have worked in both a local team and now in a global COE, further diversifying my stakeholder management and process improvement experiences. As for my academic background, I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Management, minor in Strategic Human Resources Management in Ateneo de Manila University from 2012 to 2016. From 2020-2023, I decided to expand my knowledge in the field of business and management, and was able to graduate as a gold medalist and program awardee in my Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
