• Responsible for all Accounts Receivable & Payable processes• Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances• Reconciliation’s of bank, Debtors and Creditors statements• Resolves collection and invoice discrepancy matters• Daily and month end reporting and account reconciliations• Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments• Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices• Setup and maintenance of vendor database.• Setup and maintenance of vendor filing system• Oversee sales procedures including invoicing and generation of ETR receipts• Filing of VAT & WHT returns on iTax.• Facilitate successful internal and external audits through sound and thorough documentation• Responsible for credit collections on all accounts by contacting the customer by phone, e-mail and written correspondence. • Preparation of annual financial planning, Cash flow statements, Evaluation and reporting of monthly variances.• Preparing and maintaining customer’s monthly reconciliation schedules.• Production of monthly management accounts and annual reports including liaising withexternal Auditors.

• Maintain existing financial systems including petty cash, expenses, claims, and income & expenditure records. Process all payments through Cash flow and monthly bank reconciliation.• Prompt and accurate updating of clients’ accounts and issuing of monthly statements.• Reviews purchase requests before they are turned into purchase orders• Reconciliation of daily collections and ensuring revenue completeness;• Maintaining basic accounts and book keeping.• Ledger entries and journal entries.• Purchases and sales invoice entries.• Preparing tax computations and returns.• Preparing employees salaries, P.A.Y.E, pension, NHIF, NSSF.• Reconciliation of bank statements.• Preparation of debtors and creditors control accounts and lists.• Preparing Withholding tax payments.• Ensure compliance with all statutory and company requirements.
