• As part of the Communication Department, the Presentation Practice Center serves as a tutoring center for all students enrolled at BYU-Idaho. As a speech coach or tutor, I have the duties of helping students to:
• Practice presentations for any class that requires them to present in front of an audience
• Help them gain more confidence by encouraging them and providing feedback
• Brainstorm topic ideas, write presentation outlines, and/or design PowerPoint slides

• Help communication, graphic design, and art students learn how to use Adobe® programs, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Assist professors in setting up for their classes and keeping the iMac Lab clean
• Know the Adobe® programs well enough to be able to teach others how to better use them
