I have enjoyed a multi-faceted career in project management (including public sector), general consultancy and retail operations, logistics and purchasing. A combination of controlling multi-£m budgets and associated personnel and then operating my own consultancy. Altogether, 45 years of commercial experience of work within the private and public sector including local SMEs leading me from shop-floors, building sites to boardrooms, council chambers and Westminster. I believe that I am able to add value through a combination of experience, skills, integrity and honesty. I delivered great results through many different business disciplines, using that experience to deliver vision, passion and results in order to drive change at both corporate and employee levels. My fundamental belief being that people are an organisations greatest asset yet, perversely, potentially there greatest liability.
